Elise is an illustrator who’s ethereal characters are weighted with a juxtaposing narrative. This opportunity to delve deeper into creation of the new & explore our tendency to create from scratch encouraged the artist to use existing materials to create pieces that not only tell a story, but already hold the substance and history of an already existing object.
