Domestic Orders

• Small Items/Prints: Allow up to 2 days for handling, plus 1–5 business days for standard delivery to metro areas.

• Framed Prints: Allow 1–2 weeks for framing, plus additional standard shipping time.

• Large Prints/Original Artwork: Due to their fragile nature, these are shipped with a trusted art courier. Processing takes up to 10 working days, with delivery up to 10 days after dispatch. Please request shipping quote from us at info@rainbowstudios.com.au with your preferred delivery address.

International Orders

RAINBOW STUDIOS offers flat-rate $50 international shipping for orders up to 1.5kg, with shipping charges added at checkout. For larger or fragile items (e.g., framed artworks or mirrors), please email  info@rainbowstudios.com.au with your delivery address for a custom quote.

 

Duties and Taxes

Please note that international shipping costs do not include any additional duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.

For items that are refused at delivery, customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from Australia. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

 

Pick up in Store - 'Click & Collect'

If you'd like to place an online order for in-store pick-up, please email us at info@rainbowstudios.com.au with your order details. We'll remove the shipping cost and arrange a convenient pick-up time at RAINBOW STUDIOS. Depending on the item, we may even be able to have it ready for same-day collection.
