We were proud to host the world-first launch of Uber Eats’ Dine Out in Sydney, a three-day takeover that transformed RAINBOW STUDIOS into ‘House of Eats’.

Across the weekend, our two-level showroom was transformed and became an immersive dining destination. For one night only, superstar chef Danielle Alvarez curated an intimate dinner where guests gathered at communal tables draped in velvet, with soft lighting, evolving playlists, and a menu that drew on the city’s most iconic restaurants including Catalina, Fabbrica, and Mary’s, paired with P&V’s signature verde negroni.

But the experience didn’t end there. Over the following two days, we opened our doors to the public for a dynamic showcase of Sydney’s food scene, celebrating creativity, hospitality, and community. Guests moved between art-filled rooms, terraces, and our courtyard as the space became a stage for conversation, flavour, and discovery.

For us, the Dine Out series was a perfect embodiment of what RAINBOW STUDIOS is about: being a canvas for extraordinary ideas, and bringing together art, culture, and shared experiences under one roof.
